For a completely offline site, I step in the same day - often within the hour during business hours. For non-critical bugs, the lead time is 24 to 48 business hours depending on the plan.
I restore your site from the last clean backup, identify the vulnerability and fix it. If your site is on a maintenance contract, this intervention is included. It's the main reason to subscribe before a problem occurs, not after.
