Website for tradespeople

Plumbers, electricians, joiners, roofers, decorators: your work speaks for itself, as long as people can see it. Before calling, a customer wants to know whether you cover their area, see comparable jobs and check your certifications. Your website shows them all of this and lets them reach you in one tap, even in an emergency.

What holds you back, and what your website changes.

The obstacles I come across most often in your line of work, and how your website answers each one.

Today

  • Invisible on Google in your areaWhen someone searches for "plumber Colomiers" or "roofer Toulouse", only well-ranked tradespeople show up. Without a website, you rely on word of mouth: valuable, but limited.
  • Your skills are nowhere to be seenYour best jobs are sitting in your phone. Yet customers compare past work before asking for a quote: without photos, they pick someone who shows some.
  • A phone number that is hard to findA customer with a leak does not search for long: if they cannot find your number straight away, they call the next one. Your number, your area and your hours should stand out on a phone.

With your website

  • Your number always one tap awayA call button visible on every page on mobile, your area and your hours clearly shown, and your emergency call-outs flagged if you offer them.
  • Your jobs, before and afterA gallery of your work that you update from your phone: before and after photos, type of job, town. You show your work without having to describe it.
  • A quote request in one minuteA short form (job, town, timescale, photo of the problem): you receive a complete request and call back already knowing what it is about.
  • Found in your areaA page for each service and each area you cover, your Google Business Profile linked to the website and your certifications (RGE, Qualibat…) in the spotlight.
Demo website

See what a tradesperson's website looks like

I built a demo website for a fictional plumbing and heating business: an emergency number always in view, a before and after gallery you can slide, certifications and a quick quote request with a photo. Try it on your phone.

Fictional business and contact details. This website is only an illustrative example to give you an idea. Yours will be designed from scratch, with a genuine visual identity of its own and a professional finish: it will not look like this example.

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact.

  1. 1Brief & analysisWe discuss your goals, your audience and your constraints. I scope before I code.
  2. 2Approved mock-upYou approve the design before a single line of code. No surprises at delivery.
  3. 3DevelopmentClean code, built-in SEO, testing on every screen. You follow progress from your client area.
  4. 4Launch & follow-upLaunch, training on the admin tool and support after delivery.

Word of mouth remains your best source of work. But even a recommended customer looks you up online before calling, to see your work and feel reassured. And a well-ranked website also brings you people who do not know you yet.

Yes, and it is recommended. Certifications such as RGE or Qualibat matter to your customers, especially when their work qualifies for grants (MaPrimeRénov', CEE…). I display them clearly: logo, certification number, verification link.

A brochure website starts at €490 (up to 5 pages, net price: home, services, past work, certifications, contact). With a larger gallery, a page for each service and your Google Business Profile, expect €600 to €900. Maintenance is available from €60 a month.

Yes. You add your job photos from your phone, in a few minutes and with no technical skills. I show you how when the website goes live.

Google Maps relies on your Google Business Profile, not directly on your website. I create or take over that profile (photos, categories, service area, reviews) and link it to the website: each strengthens the other.
