Yes, free and without obligation. It sets out the scope, a fixed price, the schedule and the terms, and is signed online. It remains valid for 30 days.
Both work. Based in Toulouse, I can meet you in the city or nearby for a first conversation; follow-up then happens by video call, email and phone. Clients outside Toulouse - elsewhere in France or in Spain - are supported entirely remotely.
Three things are enough: what your business does, what the website must achieve (enquiries, sales, bookings), and two or three websites you like. Copy, logo and photos come later. No specification document is needed for the first meeting.
French, English and Spanish, for the conversation as well as for the websites delivered. A multilingual site is a common case: separate URLs per language, hreflang tags and translated content.
