Overview
Design of an intranet platform for the National Federation of Festival Committees and Organizers (FNCOF), with the aim of simplifying member management and centralizing exchanges within a secure and structured environment. The project aimed to digitalize internal processes in order to improve administrative management and communication with members.
The organization did not have a centralized tool to effectively manage registrations, members and internal exchanges.
Processes were fragmented, manual and poorly optimized, making administrative management complex and time-consuming.

I designed and developed a secure intranet space to centralize all information, automate documents and streamline communication with members.

Development of multiple forms allowing the automatic generation of PDF documents to simplify administrative procedures.

Implementation of a monitoring system to manage memberships, data modifications and reports.

Implementation of a communication system to inform users via internal and external notifications.

04Development of the secure intranet space
Creation of a centralized interface bringing together all the functionalities for administrators and members.
The project made it possible to create a modern, secure and efficient intranet facilitating the management of members and all administrative processes of the FNCOF. Thanks to automation and centralization of data, management has become more fluid, faster and efficient.
