Team management in events via a dedicated application
Overview
Creation of a management platform dedicated to the events sector, designed to simplify the administration of teams, members and content via a fully custom-developed web application. The objective of the project was to design a complete, modern and scalable system allowing centralized and optimized management of users and internal operations.
The project did not have any centralized tool to effectively manage the teams, members and the various data linked to event activity.
The management processes were limited, unstructured and did not allow for smooth monitoring of users and operations.

I designed and developed a complete web platform from scratch, integrating a personalized visual identity, a secure authentication system and an advanced back office allowing complete management of users and content.
