Questions

Before your first session.

Do I need a referral?

No, you can book directly. If a test or medical opinion seems necessary, I will tell you and refer you to your doctor.

How many sessions will I need?

Often one to three, a few weeks apart. At the end of the first session, I tell you whether another one would help.

What should I wear?

Loose clothing, or your underwear if you are comfortable. A towel is always available.

Do you treat babies?

Yes, with very gentle, adapted techniques. The baby's health record is useful for the first session.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, online, up to 24 hours before. You receive a text reminder the day before.
