What people often ask us.
Will I lose my manufacturer warranty by coming to you?
No. You can have a car under warranty serviced outside the dealer network, as long as the service schedule is followed with parts of equivalent quality. That is what we do, and we stamp the service book.
Do I need to book?
Yes for servicing and repairs, usually within three days. For a puncture or a warning light, drop by: we will look straight away if we can.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Only the electronic diagnosis is charged, and it is deducted if you have the repair done with us.
Do you lend a car?
Yes, a courtesy car is free for repairs that take more than a day, by reservation.
Do you work with insurers?
Yes, for bodywork and windscreens. We handle the paperwork with your insurer and the assessor.
