Before your appointment.
Do I need to book?
Yes for colour and balayage. For a men's cut, walk in on Saturday morning, or book online in two minutes.
How does a first colour work?
We start with a free fifteen-minute consultation: your current colour, the condition of your hair and how much upkeep you are happy with. An allergy test is done 48 hours before.
Is the price shown the final price?
These are starting prices. For colour or balayage, the exact price depends on length and thickness: we confirm it before we start, never afterwards.
Do you style brides at home?
Yes, within 30 km of Toulouse, with a trial at the salon a month before. Travel is included for the bride.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, online, up to 24 hours before. You receive a text reminder the day before.
